Latex

The rubber tree, the main source of latex, is a plant that grows in tropical climates. The importance of this tree in the world trade is enormous. When the trees are about five or six years old, the trees are cut into their bodies in a “V” shape to obtain latex from the rubber tree, where the liquid in the milk shape, called the latex, is collected in the bowl. The most efficient ages of the rubber tree are trees between 7 and 12 years old, which are more efficient than trees. The collection process is not as simple as it sounds. Because the rubber tree is getting better efficiency at night, the latex pickers try to collect this milk-like liquid from night to morning hours.

75% of the latex collected in the world is used in tires for vehicles such as cars, trucks and aircraft. Over time, this raw latex has not responded to the needs and has been introduced to synthetic rubber production, but the difference in characteristics is greater. For example, synthetic rubber production is cheaper but thinner than natural rubber, and has less flexibility. We can understand the importance of the world more clearly, given that all motor vehicles use rubber. A single car tire requires a large amount of latex collected from three to four trees for about a month. Three-quarters of the latex collected worldwide are used to make automobiles, trucks and aircraft tires.

Natural Rubber

It is derived from latex plants, a natural adhesive. It’s one of the most important materials used in the shoe industry, as we see it in many areas of our lives. Sold in a can or barrel for use in machine and hand assembly. Latex is also used extensively in case manufacturing.

The distinguishing feature of Latex is its density in its mixture. Low-density product will stick poorly, but also cost-effective.

The word Latex means rubber resin from the SAP of the latex tree.

It is used to name the Latex plant ozone structure in its machined, thin and flexible materials.

Latex is a compound of multiple fluids. The ingredients contained in the are protein, starch, alkaloid, sugar, it is derived from a lot of substances such as oil, gum, resin.

Latex does not show any health problems, but in some cases it may have allergic effects.

On latex-treated surfaces, the application when it wants quick drying is an air stream supported by fans, at a temperature of 20°C to 35°C. In extreme heat, the latex becomes soft, not dry. It becomes difficult to penetrate the paper in a cold environment. If it can be done, a sulfur environment dries the latex better.
