Denlaks Adhesive

Solvent-based, high adhesion strength, ready-to-use polyurethane resin adhesive developed for the shoe industry.

Where is it used?

In shoe production, using appropriate DENLAKS primers, PVC, PU, TR, of course rubber, Synthetic rubber, thermo rubber, corner, neolite, EVA, Microlight rubber and TPU soles are used to bond to numbers made of leather, artificial leather and textiles. It is a polyurethane resin-based soleplate adhesive, especially used for bonding PU and PVC soleplate. Suitable DENLAKS primers (surface preparation chemicals) are also used for bonding thermocouple, synthetic and, of course, rubber based soles with a drill. it is also used in pvc inflatable boot patches and patches.

How to use it

● Remove the surfaces to be bonded from dust and dirt.
● lightly sanding all surfaces if necessary.
● after the adhesive has dried for an average of 10 minutes, heat the adhesive surfaces with a hot air gun or a hair dryer.
● adhesives on surfaces with heat applied adhesive will slightly swell with heat.
Do the bonding process at one time before the heat has cooled down to the application ●.
● press under weight for up to 1 days if possible.

Denlaks T – 28 solvent-based, specially formulated adhesive with high bonding power, ready-to-use, polychloroprene-based adhesive.

Where is it used?

Application temperature: Do not use the adhesive and the adhesive material below +18 degrees. The adhesive below this temperature must be heated at room temperature for at least 24 hours (naked fire must not come into contact). Shake thoroughly before use.

Preparation: Surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. Pry the corner, EVA and rubber soles and use the appropriate surface activator.

Bonding: Apply adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded. If the ingredients are absorbing, apply the second layer 10 minutes after the first floor. after 15 minutes, put the ingredients together for cold bonding. Press at approximately 3 bar. The press intensity and time depend on the base material.

Storage: Keep the adhesive packaging tightly closed and at room temperature to prevent it from becoming thicker than the evaporation of the solvent. Storage time is approximately 9 months at +18 degrees.
